    What about holidays?

Throughout your therapy, we will both likely take some time off for holidays and other events.

I will give you as much advance notice as possible and I ask that you do the same in return.

This helps in both diary planning and ensuring that breaks and pauses in a piece of therapy work are planned.

  • If you need to cancel for any reason I ask that you please give 48 hours’ notice, otherwise the full session fee is payable.

I appreciate things come up and will offer flexibility in rescheduling where I have this.

If cancellations are frequent, I will suggest we discuss what’s happening, why you are missing your therapy sessions, and if any changes are needed.

  • I am trained in both in-person and online therapy.

  • Tuesday and Wednesday: Online therapy sessions via Zoom, during the daytime and early evening.

Friday: In-person therapy sessions, during the afternoon in West Didsbury, Manchester.

  • I offer a free introductory phone call, up to 20 minutes which gives us both an opportunity to ask any questions and see if this may be a good fit for your therapy.

You’re welcome to take some time to think it over and let me know what you’d like to do.

If we both agree to go ahead then we find a suitable time for your initial session.

In the initial session I will ask more about you, what you want from your sessions and assess whether I can offer this. Importantly this gives you and me a chance to meet, to see how we get on, how I work and decide whether to continue.
