  • I can work with adult individuals aged 18 and over.

  • Yes, what you discuss in a session remains confidential. However, there are some specific limitations which are outlined in my Privacy Policy.

  • 50 minutes.

  • £55 per 50 minute session.

    Payable in advance by bank transfer.

    I offer a limited number of spaces at a reduced rate - if this is something you are looking for please contact me to check my current availability.

  • Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly.

  • I ask for 24 hours’ notice otherwise the full fee is payable.

  • I work online via Zoom (UK only) and in-person in West Didsbury, Manchester.

  • Online sessions:

    Monday (08:00-18:00)

    Wednesday (08:00 - 18:00)

    Friday (08:00-16:00)

    In-person sessions:

    Monday mornings (08:20 -12:10)

    Friday afternoons (12:10 - 16:00)

    I aim to respond to you by the end of the next weekday.

    If I have availability, I’ll suggest we arrange a brief introductory phone call, for free, before booking an initial consultation.
